Payment
We currently have bank transfer and credit card or Paypal account payment possible. The account holder for bank transfers is Kari Kallinen.
The credit card payments are processed by Paypal. The receiver account is payments[at]photomural.info and
the company name is Dreammakers.
Delivery and shipment costs
Your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been received.
Order will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Your order will be sent directly
from the manufacturer warehouse located in Rosenheim, Germany, or from our partner warehouse located in Poland.
The shipment costs are regionally different. Please, choose your country in
the shopping cart and the price will include shipment costs. Note, that in
regard to orders outside EU, you are responsible for paying any Customs duties
or VAT that may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and we do
not take responsibility for collecting or paying them.

Returns
In case of return, please consult us (info[at]photomural.info) for specific
instructions before sending the merchandise back. Otherwise we cannot guarantee
full refund.
In case of damaged package, please MAKE A RECLAMATION IMMEDIATELY IN YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. If the package is damaged, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT OF THE POST.
